The History
The Lofts at Mica Village is a residential development located in Biltmore Village. Originally a Mica processing facility from the early 1900's and was transformed into historic-green loft-style "DWELL" living.
Originally the Mica Factory played a pivotal role in the local economy. As the industrial age waned, the factory was abandoned, leaving behind a structure with immense architectural potential. Recognizing this,
the city embarked on a condo conversion project to
bring new life into the industrial relic.
